Refund Policy

Effective September 18, 2026

30-day refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Unused API credits are eligible for a full refund. If credits have been used, we may deduct the value of consumed credits unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Service problems

If a verified service fault prevents delivery, contact us with the purchase email and transaction details. Failed MT4 connection attempts do not consume credits.

How to request a refund

Email villwang7488@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle and the payment provider.
